What is the shelf life of MIRCH products?

The shelf life of MIRCH products varies depending on the specific formulation. Generally, our products are designed to maintain their effectiveness for up to 24 months when stored in a cool, dry place and kept sealed in their original packaging.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt. Include photographs of the damaged items, and we will assist you with an exchange or replacement.

What is your return policy?

At MIRCH, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please retain your receipt or order confirmation. Used or damaged products cannot be returned unless they are faulty upon arrival.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping within Australia for all orders over $149 AUD (after discounts are applied). For orders under $149 AUD, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package size. Orders that include oversized items such as 20L cubes will incur a $30 AUD surcharge per cube due to their weight and dimensions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to track your delivery through the carrier’s website.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once the package has left our facility, changes cannot be made.
